Lumen provides AI search visibility tracking and analytics. We scan multiple AI platforms to provide insights about how your brand is mentioned and recommended in AI-generated responses.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
5. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lumen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lumen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
